1. Sharon-Lee Studios respects your privacy and is committed to the protection of it.
2. We collect the information you give us via telephone, online, facsimile, face to face. This information includes your name, address, email address, credit card details, billing details required to process your order.
3. Sharon-Lee Studios does not provide this information to third parties. We may use your email address to send you product information or newsletters if you have requested such information or subscribed to our newsletter.
4. In order to protect the security of the personal information transmitted to Sharon-Lee Studios , our web servers support the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Protocol where appropriate. Using this protocol, information transferred between our systems is encrypted.

Terms and Conditions

1. Please choose carefully, as Sharon-Lee Studios will not exchange goods or provide a refund except where goods are faulty.
2. Sharon-Lee Studios accepts payment by cheque, money order and accepted credit cards in Australian dollars. In the event that a cheque is returned unpaid, the customer will be sent notification, granted 7 days to make payment and charged a AUD$45.00 returned cheque fee.
3. All prices quoted on the web site are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of Goods and Services Tax.
4. All freight charges are payable by the customer, and the customer may be notified via email or telephone of these charges when placing an order.
5. All care is taken when dispatching products, however in the event that a product is damaged or faulty please contact Sharon-Lee Studios in writing within 7 days by post, fax or email. 6. Full payment is required with the order.
7. Sharon-Lee Studios retains title of the goods until payment is successfully processed.
8. If the goods are faulty in any way then the total liability of Sharon-Lee Studios will be limited to the cost of the goods purchased or replacement of the goods by Sharon-Lee Studios at its sole discretion and it is specifically acknowledged that Sharon-Lee Studios shall not be liable for any consequential or additional loss or damage which may be suffered of any kind whatsoever, except where contrary to any State or Federal law.
9. It is strictly a condition of sale that the goods must be used only as may be specified on any labelling or directions provided with the goods and a breach of this condition shall void any express or implied warranty except to the extent required by any State or Federal law.
